Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, so if you aren't satisfied, please contact us and we will make it right!

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any unused/un-burned products for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange for a similar item.  Liquid aromatherapy products are not eligible for return.  There is a 5% restocking fee and we can create and send a return shipping label for you.  A return link is included in your order e-mail, or you may submit the form below and we can find and process a return for you.
